Paid-beta promise
If FormatFlow Studio is not a fit, ask within 14 calendar days after payment for a refund of the FormatFlow license charge.
How to request a refund
Email hello@formatflow.ai from the address used for the purchase. Include the invoice or order reference and a short note identifying the license. A reason is helpful for improving the beta but is not required for a request made within the 14-day promise.
What is refunded
An approved refund covers the amount paid to the FormatFlow seller for the software license. Charges paid directly to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, an Ollama hosting provider, a bank, a currency-conversion service or another third party are not collected by FormatFlow and cannot be refunded by FormatFlow.
Timing and payment method
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where practical. The seller will process the refund promptly and normally within 14 days after receiving a valid request, although a bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it.
After a refund
After a full refund, stop using the paid license and delete copies of the activation key. This does not require you to delete your own documents or translated output.
Defects and mandatory rights
The 14-day paid-beta promise is in addition to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. If the software is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be supplied as agreed, contact us even after 14 days so the issue can be assessed under the accepted order and applicable law.
Business quotes and abuse
A negotiated business quote may contain different cancellation terms if they were clearly disclosed before payment and are lawful. Duplicate refunds, fraud, chargeback abuse and requests for third-party provider costs are not covered by this voluntary promise.
